This location data is processed solely at the moment of check-in to verify that you are physically within 200 meters of the cafe.
  • Vibe Notes / Status Updates: When checking in, you can optionally provide a short note (up to 140 characters) describing the atmosphere, WiFi speed, or seating availability at the spot.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our site, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., authentication).
  • To display active check-in counts to show how many digital nomads are working at a particular spot.
  • To display your public profile information (name and avatar), verified check-in status, and optional vibe note on the cafe detail page. To protect your privacy, this detailed feed is gated to authenticated users only and automatically expires and disappears after 4 hours.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.
  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service.

3. Google OAuth

Our app uses Google OAuth for user authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account, as permitted by Google's privacy settings. This information is used solely for identifying you within our application and personalizing your experience.
