Pricing is reasonable for the area, with a double shot cappuccino costing 45k VND (~$1.68). The AC is comfortable and strong. It's easily accessible via Grab and open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Note that there are no food options on-site. They play light background music, and since it gets noticeable background activity and talking, bringing headphones and a white noise app is recommended to lock in.
